Dr. Anna Nicolet is a postdoctoral researcher in Unisanté, sector Health Economics (DESS- Secteur Economie de la Santé) since April 2019. Discrete Choice Experiment (DCE), Healthcare policy and financing, Health evaluation, and Healthy lifestyle factors are her main scientific interests. Anna has been involved in several discrete choice studies in the Netherlands. Her first DCE was conducted in Erasmus University Rotterdam during her Master studies in 2014. Next, she was working at the University of Groningen (University Medical Center Groningen, HTA Unit) for three years on the project Health-state valuation using discrete choice models. As a result, her PhD thesis was defended in Groningen in fall 2018. Currently Anna Nicolet is working in Switzerland, Lausanne, on the project aimed at improving care integration, coordination and continuity, funded by Swiss National Fund. Designing health policy tool, based on population needs and preferences (using DCE), is one of the key expected outputs of the project.
